导电机理研究是用电阻率测井定量计算饱和度的理论基础,是选取解释模型与处理参数的理论依据,探讨导电机理对正确计算饱和度具有重要意义.根据通用化的MaxweII方程及Fricke等的研究成果,首次提出"港湾效应".以"港湾效应"导电机理为基础的饱和度方程综合考虑了背景电阻率、孔隙结构及不导电孔隙度等因素,进一步发展了Maxwell及Fricke的方法,在复杂岩性储层饱和度计算中见到了好的应用效果.

The study of electrical conduction mechanism was the theoretical foundation of saturation calculation by using resistivity measurements, which was the key for equation and parameters selection. According to the results of Maxwell and Fricke, the term of Gulf Effect and correspond saturation equation were first proposed, which accounted for tht: background resistivity, pore structure, and electric current non-conduction porosity. This method is the development and to Maxwell and Fricke's Method. The calculated saturation value is accurate in volcanic rock, metamorphic rock, and sandstone rock reservoirs.
