目的 观察调Q-Alexandrite激光治疗皮肤色素性疾病的远期疗效.方法 对皮肤色素性疾病(太田痣、脂溢性角化、雀斑、颧部褐青色痣、外源性色素沉着包括纹眉、文身、外伤)经该激光治愈后满5年的391例患者进行电话或信件方式随访,了解分析复发情况、复发时间.结果 太田痣63例,复发14例,复发率22.2%;脂溢性角化25例,复发13例,复发率52.0%;雀斑31例,复发18例,复发率58.0%;颧部褐青色痣17例,复发1例,复发率5.9%;外源性色素沉着47例,无复发.结论 雀斑、脂溢性角化5年复发率高达50.0%以上,太田痣复发率22.2%,颧部褐青色痣、外源性色素性疾病效果稳定.其复发率与各种皮肤色素性疾病的病因有关.

Objective To observe the long therapeutic effect of the skin pigmention treated by Q-switched Alexandrite. Methods The skin pigmentation cases(nevus of Ota, senile spot, ephelides naevus fusce-caeruleus zygomaticus, traumatic melano-sis) were cured by Q-switched Alexandrite after five years traced by phone or letters, then we observed and analyzed the situation of re-currence and the time of recurrence. Results Cases of nevus of Ota were sixty-three, there were 14 cases relapsed, the rate was 22. 2%. Senile spot was twenty-five, there were 13 cases recurred, the rate was 52.0%. Ephelides were thirty-one, there were 18 cases recurred,the rate was 58.0%. Naevus fusco-caeruleus zygomaticus was seventeen, there was one case recurred, the rate was 5.9%. Traumatic melanosis was forty-seven,no one recurred, the rate was zero. Conclusions The recurred rate of five years is as follows, senile spot and ephelides are more than 50 percent, nevus of Ota is 22.2 percent, the future data of naevus fusce-eaeruleus zygomaticus and traumatic melanosis may level off. This may be related with the cau-ses of every skin pigmented disease.
