探讨了发泡剂发泡法、粉末冶金发泡法、累积叠轧焊法中以TiH2为发泡剂制备泡沫铝的研究进展.在发泡剂发泡法中,对TiH2发泡剂高温下分解过快问题采取了热处理、化学改性、包覆等方法以减缓其释气速率,使泡沫铝生产易于控制;在粉末冶金发泡法、累积叠轧焊法制备泡沫铝夹心板的过程中,后者更有利于TiH2发泡剂的均匀分布.
探討瞭髮泡劑髮泡法、粉末冶金髮泡法、纍積疊軋銲法中以TiH2為髮泡劑製備泡沫鋁的研究進展.在髮泡劑髮泡法中,對TiH2髮泡劑高溫下分解過快問題採取瞭熱處理、化學改性、包覆等方法以減緩其釋氣速率,使泡沫鋁生產易于控製;在粉末冶金髮泡法、纍積疊軋銲法製備泡沫鋁夾心闆的過程中,後者更有利于TiH2髮泡劑的均勻分佈.

The recent research and development of TiH2 blowing agent were investigated in melt foaming technique,powder metallurgy foaming and accumulative roll bonding(ARB).By means of heat treatment,chemical modification and coating,the decomposition rate of TiH2 blowing agent slows down in melt foaming technique.Comparing powder metallurgy foaming with accumulative roll bonding(ARB),the later is more beneficial to uniform distribution of TiH2 blowing agent during the preparation of aluminum foam sandwich(AFS).
