目的 分析血清降钙素原(PCT)检测在儿科呼吸道感染中的临床意义.方法 选择2009年1月至2011月3月我院儿科住院确诊有感染的119例患儿,随机分为细菌感染组(A)、病毒感染组(B)及非细菌感染组(C),比较各组患儿PCT、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,观察患儿血PCT、中性粒细胞比值(%)(NGR%)的水平及使用抗生素药物的治疗效果.结果 A组患儿PCT阳性率44.16%(34/77)明显高于其它两组(P<0.05),PCT检测诊断儿科呼吸道感染明显优于CRP,对患儿(尤其是早产儿)呼吸道感染的早期诊断有较强特异性.结论 PCT是诊断临床儿科呼吸道感染性疾病的重要生化指标,其特异性大于CRP,其结果对于指导儿科临床合理用药有重要意义.

Objective To analyse the clinical significance of serum procalcitonin (PCT) testing in pediatric respiratiory infectious diseases. Methods Collection and analysis of Jan. 2009- Jan. 2011 through March Xianning County People's Hospital pediatric inpatient diagnosis of infection of 119 patients were randomly assigned to bacterial infection (A), viral infection (B) and non-bacterial infection (C), comparing the group of serum procalcitonin, C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, observed serum procalcitonin, neutrophile granulocyte rate(NGR%) level and the use of antimicrobial drugs treatment. Results A group of serum procalcitonin positive rate 44.16% (34/77) was significantly higher than that of the other two groups (P<0.05), showed serum procalcitonin testing and diagnosis of respiratory infection better than pediatric C-reactive protein, the children (especially in premature children) early diagnosis of respiratory infection had a strong specificity. Conclusion Serum calcitonin was originally a clinical diagnosis of pediatric respiratory infections of the important biochemical indicator of specificity than CRP, the results for rational drug guide pediatric clinical significance was even more important.
