目的 探讨哺乳量、体质量对新生儿足跟采血质量的影响.方法 把巨大儿和低体质量儿分为第一组,把哺乳量充足与哺乳量不足的新生儿分为第二组,观察新生儿在出生体重、出生时间及哺乳时间均无差异的情况下,哺乳量与一次采血成功率的关系;在出生时间及哺乳时间均无差异并且均在吃足奶的情况下,体质量与一次采血成功率的关系.结果 哺乳量充足者的一次采血成功率明显高于哺乳量不足者(P<0.01),新生儿的体质量与一次采血成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 新生儿不仅要吃母乳72 h,而且每次一定要吃够量,是提高采血质量,保障新生儿疾病筛查结果准确性的关键.

Objective To investigate the impact of the amount of breast-feeding and body weight on blood volume of newborn heel. Methods To divide the big children and low birth weight children into the first group and the breast-feeding and breast-feeding at less than the full amount of the newborn into the second group. On the condition of there was no difference in birth weight, birth time and breast-feeding time of the newborn to observe the relation between breast-feeding quantity and the rate of taking blood at the first time successfully. For birth time and breast-feeding time did not different significantly and were eating enough breast milk cases, to observe the relationship between body weight and the rate of taking blood at the first time successfully.Results The rate of taking blood at the first time successfully of those who had a sufficient amount of breast-feeding was significantly higher than that of those who didn't have enough amount of breast-feeding(P<0.01);Differences between neonatal weight and the rate of taking blood at the first time successfully had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusions Newborn not only need to eat breast milk for 72 hours but also need to eat enough every time.This is the key to improve blood quality and protect the accuracy of screening results of neonatal diseases.
