目的探讨愉快因子输入疗法提高老年抑郁症患者生活质量的效果.方法以本院精神科开放病房住院的114例抑郁症患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,两组均按精神科护理常规进行护理,观察组在此基础上进行"愉快因子"输入疗法,收集患者人生经历中值得自豪和愉快的事情作为愉快因子,通过交谈的方式将愉快因子反复输给患者,并辅以休闲娱乐活动,观察疗程前后患者的焦虑和抑郁水平(HAMA、HAMD总分)及生活质量的改善情况.结果治疗6周末,观察组患者经愉快因子输入疗法治疗后,HAMA、HAMD总分与生活质量评估得分与对照组相比,均有显著性差异(P＜0.05),生活质量明显改善.结论 "愉快因子"输入疗法是一项有效的心理干预新方法,对提高住院老年抑郁症患者生活质量有显著疗效.

Objective To explore the effect of happy factors imported therapy on improving life quality of elderly patients with depression.Methods A total of 114 inpatients were recruited for this study and randomly assigned into control group and observation group (n =53 in each group).While both groups were given routine psychiatric nursing,observation group was additionally given happy factors imported therapy,which refered to repeatedly importing happy factors to patients through conversation accompanied by recreational activities.Enjoyable things in patients'experiences were collected as happy factors.The levels of anxiety and depression(HAMA and HAMD scores)and life quality were evaluated in pre-and post-treatment respectively.Results After six-week therapy,scores of HAMA,HAMD and life quality of observation group differed significantly compared with control group(P ＜ 0.05)and their life quality scores showed an obvious increase.Conclusions "Happy factors" imported therapy is an effective method of psychological intervention to improve the life quality of elderly patients with depression.
