目的评价Beyond冷光美白联合家庭美白与单纯Beyond冷光美白法美白着色牙的疗效对比.方法将60名受试者随机分为两组,每组各30例,试验组用Beyond冷光美自治疗后再使用家庭美白法治疗两周,对照组只用Beyond冷光美白法美白牙齿.于冷光美白术前、术后2周、1个月和6个月后进行比色,计算美白前后的色阶变化.结果两组都产生了美白效果,两周后比色时试验组平均提高了8个色阶,对照组则提高了7.5个色阶(P＞0.05).一个月后复诊时,对照组平均有2个色阶的牙色回复,试验组则无回复(P＞0.05);半年后仅用诊室美白平均有4个色阶的牙色回复,诊室美白和家庭美白平均有2个色阶的牙色回复(P＜0.05).结论 Beyond冷光美白联合家庭美白法与单纯Beyond冷光美白法治疗着色牙均是有效的,并且无明显副作用,但Beyond冷光美白联合家庭美白法可以更持久地维持牙齿美白的效果.

Objective To compare the clinical effects of combined in-office and take-home bleaching method with in-office only bleaching method.Methods 60 patients with discolored teeth were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Patients in trial group were given combined in-office and at-home tooth bleaching treatment.Patients in control group were give in-office only bleaching treatment.Results The shade change was 8 scales for the trial group,7.5 scales for control group two weeks after treatment (P ＞ 0.05 ).The shade rebound was 2 scales for the control group,none for the trial group one month after treatment( P ＞ 0.05 ).The shade rebound was 2 scales for the trial group,4 scales for the control group six months after treatment( P ＜0.05).Conclusion Both method are effective on bleaching discolored teeth,but combined in-office and athome bleaching method is superior to in-office only method in long term effect.
