目的 探讨乙肝病毒感染与胆囊炎胆石症的关系.方法 回顾本院2005年至2008年收住的乙肝性肝硬化患者87例,均行肝胆B超检查、肝功能检测;收住胆囊炎胆石症患者94例,均作既往传染病史调查和乙肝病毒标志物、肝功能检测.结果 87例乙肝性肝硬化患者中胆囊炎胆石症患者共占71.2%,94例胆囊炎胆石症患者乙肝病毒感染率达57.4%.结论 胆囊炎、胆石病的发生与HBV乙肝病毒感染有明显的相关关系.
目的 探討乙肝病毒感染與膽囊炎膽石癥的關繫.方法 迴顧本院2005年至2008年收住的乙肝性肝硬化患者87例,均行肝膽B超檢查、肝功能檢測;收住膽囊炎膽石癥患者94例,均作既往傳染病史調查和乙肝病毒標誌物、肝功能檢測.結果 87例乙肝性肝硬化患者中膽囊炎膽石癥患者共佔71.2%,94例膽囊炎膽石癥患者乙肝病毒感染率達57.4%.結論 膽囊炎、膽石病的髮生與HBV乙肝病毒感染有明顯的相關關繫.
목적 탐토을간병독감염여담낭염담석증적관계.방법 회고본원2005년지2008년수주적을간성간경화환자87례,균행간담B초검사、간공능검측;수주담낭염담석증환자94례,균작기왕전염병사조사화을간병독표지물、간공능검측.결과 87례을간성간경화환자중담낭염담석증환자공점71.2%,94례담낭염담석증환자을간병독감염솔체57.4%.결론 담낭염、담석병적발생여HBV을간병독감염유명현적상관관계.
Objective To explore the relationship between hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection and cholecystitis cholelithiasis. Methods Review 87 viral hepatitis B liver cirrhosis cases treated in our hospital from 2005 to 2008, B-ultrasomotonography in liver and gallbladder and liver function tests were performed. 94 cases of cholecystitis cholelithiasis were admited, both of the history of previous investigations of infectious diseases、hepatitis B virus markers and liver function tests were taken. Results There were 71.2% of cholecystitis cholelithiasis in group of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis cases,94 cases of cholecystitis cholelithiasis in patients with HBV infection rate of 57.4%. Conclusion There is a clear correlation between the cholecystitis cholelithiasis and HBV infection.
