目的探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗糖尿病足表浅溃疡的临床疗效.方法采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗31例糖尿病足表浅溃疡患者,术后参照TEXAS分级变化情况及患者自觉症状改善程度标准,判断其有效率.结果术后31例随访6～36个月,痊愈25例,显效5例,好转1例,未出现伤口局部感染加重及免疫排斥反应等并发症,总有效率为96.8%.结论新鲜羊膜移植治疗糖尿病足表浅溃疡是一种安全、有效的治疗方法 .
목적 탐토신선양막이식치료당뇨병족표천궤양적림상료효.방법 채용신선양막이식치료31례당뇨병족표천궤양환자,술후삼조TEXAS분급변화정황급환자자각증상개선정도표준,판단기유효솔.결과 술후31례수방6～36개월,전유25례,현효5례,호전1례,미출현상구국부감염가중급면역배척반응등병발증,총유효솔위96.8%.결론 신선양막이식치료당뇨병족표천궤양시일충안전、유효적치료방법 .
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fresh amniotic menlbrane transplantation to treat the superficial ulcer of diabetic foot.Methods 31 diabetic foot patients were treated by fresh amniotic membrane transplantation,according to the TEXAS classification standard,judging the good and excellent rate.Results 31 patients were followed-up for 6～36 months,25 cases were healed,effectiveness were 5,and 1 case were improved.The excellent and good rate were 96.8%,and with no complication.Conclusions Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation to treat the superficial ulcer of diabetic foot is a safe and effective method.
