目的探讨中医熏洗联合手法治疗对桡骨远端骨折后关节僵硬的效果.方法将我院2010年6月至2011年7月收治的52例桡骨远端骨折后关节僵硬的患者随机分为两组,各26例,对照组患者给予单纯中医手法治疗,实验组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予中医熏洗治疗,比较两组患者治疗2个月后的效果.结果实验组疗效优秀15例,良好8例,总有效率为88.46％；对照组疗效优秀7例,良好9例,总有效率为69.57％;实验组明显高于对照组患者的总有效率,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论使用中医熏洗联合手法治疗对桡骨远端骨折后关节僵硬的疗效较好,具有较大的临床应用价值.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Fumigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine for joint stiffness after distal radius fractures.Methods 52 patients with joint stiffness after distal radius fractures who were hospitalize into our hospital from June 2010 to July 2011 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,26 for each group.Control group were only treated with TCM approach treatment.Besides the treatment of control group,experimental group received Fumigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment.2 months after the treatment,the curative effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results 15 patients had excellent efficacy and 8 had good efficacy in experimental group,with a 88.46％ total effective rate.7 patients had excellent efficacy and 9 had good efficacy in control group,with a 69.57％ total effective rate.There was statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the 2 groups (P＜ 0.05).Conclusions Fumigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine for joint stiffness after distal radius fracture has better efficacy and greater clinical value.
