就榆济天然气管道工程八标段的山区通球试压及扫水方案进行了要点分析,首先对图纸上的理论数据进行整理,采用多分段、降压差的方法把最大高差的理论数据进行分解,然后根据现场的实际情况对分段的长度及选点进行考证,同时对现场试压用水的上水点和排水点进行落实,最后针对各段的情况选定所用通球试压及扫水设备,从而有效地解决了无法攻克的试压困难,为榆济天然气管道工程顺利投产奠定了基础。

This paper made points analysis on mountain ball pressure test and sweep water schemes of Yu-Ji natural gas pipeline project eight section.Firstly made arrangement to the theory datas on the drawing,using the methods of multiple segmented,step-down differential made decomposition to the theory datas of the maximum differences,and then according to the site actual situation made textual criticism to the lengths of segments and site,at the same time made implemented to the water supply point and drainage point of site pressure test water,lastly according to each section situation selected the ball pressure test and sweep water equipments,thereby effectively solved the impregnable pressure test difficulty,laid the foundation for the smooth operation of Yu-Ji natural gas pipeline project.
