简述国内高校图书馆人员编制的相关研究,结合广东省高职院校图书馆的基本情况,运用多元回归分析法对图书馆人员编制进行测算研究,并从国家政策、图书馆规划、机构重组等方面提出了自己的想法与建议,为高职院校图书馆人员编制研究提供参考。

This paper, with a brief introduction of researches on staff allocation in domestic libraries, takes advantage of multi- ple regression analysis to predict the staff allocation in libraries of higher vocational schools based on a survey of such libraries in Guangdong province, and puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of national policy, library planning, organizational restructuring etc., aiming to offer some reference for such research.
