以一台笼型感应电动机为例,定义了电动机转子非对称运行时的电磁场计算模型。基于数值分析方法的基本原理,运用电磁场计算分析软件ansoft,对电动机转子处于不同断条故障程度时的电磁场进行了计算,并总结出了磁场中各量随故障演化程度而变化的规律,数值计算结果与实验数据的比较,验证了转子故障有限元模型的合理性。通过对不同故障情况下的气隙磁密3次谐波含量的研究,提取了可判断转子断条故障的有效特征量,为转子断条故障诊断提供了理论依据及故障诊断新方法。

The calculation model of the motor operating on asymmetric rotor was defined taking a squirrel-cage induction motor as example.Based on the basic principle of numerical analysis,the electromagnetic fields of the motor with different fault degree were analyzed by using the ansoft software,and the magnetic field variation was summed up.The finite element model is verified reasonable by comparing the calculated results with experimental data.The effective characteristic quantities of broken rotor bar fault can be extracted by studying the third harmonic content of air-gap flux density under different fault conditions,which can provide the theoretical basis and diagnosis method for broken rotor bar fault.
