以某别墅工程事故为例,从现场调研、勘察、设计等角度对该工程建筑物产生过大倾斜的原因进行了分析,分析结果表明,设计单位未根据沉降计算结果对建筑物基础设计采取针对性措施是本工程事故产生的主要原因。

Taking some villa project accident as the example,the paper analyzes the reasons for the large inclination of the villa from the field investigation,the observation and the design,and proves by the analysis results that the main reason is the design party didn＇t follow the settlement calculation result to adopt the measures in the basic design of the building.
