高职酒店管理专业的校内生产性实训基地,是围绕酒店的能力需求而在校内开设的具有生产功能的实训场所,其建设思路是让企业全程介入,实现教学、生产、研发、服务四位一体功能。南宁职业技术学院作为国家首批示范院校,其旅游学院的酒店管理专业经过多年的建设和运营,在功能定位、建设实践、管理模式和运营效果等方面取得了一些成绩,以此为例对校内生产性实训基地的建设进行总结,得出应提高认识,完善功能建设,引导学生积极参与等建设经验。

On-campus productive practice bases for Hotel Management Programs in vocational colleges represents the practical training sites with production functions established on campus on the basis of capacity requirements of hotels.The thinking for constructing on-campus productive practice bases is to get the enterprises involved in the entire construction process integrating teaching,production,research and development,and service.Hotel management program of Tourism School in NCVT,a member of the first group of China＇s exemplary vocational colleges,has made some achievements in terms of functional positioning,construction practices,management modes and operational efficiency,etc.Based on the case study of on-campus productive practice base construction,the article comes up with experiences that efforts should be made to improve the functional construction and get the students actively involved in the practical training process.
