研究了5种常绿树种叶片挥发性物质对真菌、细菌抑制能力,结果显示:所有供试植物叶片的挥发性物质均具有一定的抑菌活性,且5种常绿树种抑菌率的种间差异显著,其中油松、白皮松的抑菌能力个体差异也达到显著水平。对细菌的抑菌能力排序为:大叶黄杨〉油松〉龙柏〉白皮松〉石楠;对真菌的抑菌能力排序为:石楠〉大叶黄杨〉龙柏〉油松〉白皮松。另外,一般碎叶的抑菌率大于相同质量的整叶。
研究瞭5種常綠樹種葉片揮髮性物質對真菌、細菌抑製能力,結果顯示:所有供試植物葉片的揮髮性物質均具有一定的抑菌活性,且5種常綠樹種抑菌率的種間差異顯著,其中油鬆、白皮鬆的抑菌能力箇體差異也達到顯著水平。對細菌的抑菌能力排序為:大葉黃楊〉油鬆〉龍柏〉白皮鬆〉石楠;對真菌的抑菌能力排序為:石楠〉大葉黃楊〉龍柏〉油鬆〉白皮鬆。另外,一般碎葉的抑菌率大于相同質量的整葉。
연구료5충상록수충협편휘발성물질대진균、세균억제능력,결과현시:소유공시식물협편적휘발성물질균구유일정적억균활성,차5충상록수충억균솔적충간차이현저,기중유송、백피송적억균능력개체차이야체도현저수평。대세균적억균능력배서위:대협황양〉유송〉룡백〉백피송〉석남;대진균적억균능력배서위:석남〉대협황양〉룡백〉유송〉백피송。령외,일반쇄협적억균솔대우상동질량적정협。
Antibacterial effects of volatile compounds from leaves of five landscape evergreen trees, were investigated on Bacterias and Fungus. Results showed that all the tested plants exerted antibacterial effects, and the antibacterial rate of five landscape evergreen trees was different between species. The order of effect of five landscape evergreen trees to Bacterias was: Buxus megistoph ylla 〉 P inus Tabuli f ormis〉 Sabina chinensis ( L. ) Ant. var. chinensiscv. Kaizuca 〉 Pinus bungeana Pholinia serrulata ; the order of effect of five landscape evergreen trees to Fungus was:Photinia serrulata 〉 Buxus megistophylla 〉Sabina chinensis ( L. ) Ant. vat. chinensiscv. Kaizuca 〉 P inus bungeana 〉 P inus Tabuli f ormis. Regularly, the antibacterial rate of broken leaves was greater than that of whole leaves of the same quality. The internal antibacterial rate of Pius. tahuliformis and Pinus bungeana was greater than that of other landscape evergreen trees on the side
