医学院校如何在新形势下加强临床技能培养,探索新型的临床教学模式值得关注。通过临床课间实习“5+5”模式结合临床技能中心模拟医学设备的培训及SP(标准化病人)的应用,通过对学生进行SP及OSCE(客观结构化临床考核)相结合的标准化考核办法验收教学质量等系列措施的综合应用,这有助于创新临床基本技能教学,构建新型的临床技能教学平台,提高医学生临床实践能力,建立新型的人才培养模式。

It is focused on how to improve cultivation of students' clinical skills in the new situation and explore new clinical teaching mode. By combination of clinical practice mode of "5 + 5" in class, training of medical equip- ment in clinical skill center and application of SP (standardized patient), a series of measures, for instance, teach- ing quality is evaluated through standardized assessment of students by SP and OSCE (objective structured clinical examination), are taken to explore innovation of clinical basic skill teaching, establishment of a new clinical skill teaching platform, improvement of medical students' clinical practice ability, and establishment of a new cultivation mode of talents.
