目的探讨PBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床见习教学中的应用。方法通过考试成绩和问卷调查的方法了解学生对该教学模式的认可程度，并对教学效果进行评价。结果PBL教学组的考试成绩优秀率高于传统教学组（P〈0．01），调查问卷显示：PBL教学法优于传统教学法。结论PBL教学法可激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生有针对性地去探索并运用理论知识，提高分析和解决问题的能力，促进学生临床思维的培养及对医学知识的掌握和运用，达到最终的教学目标。

Purpose： Discussing the application of PBL mode in otolaryngology head and neck surgery＇s clinical trainee. Method： Using test score and questionnaire surgery to know what the students think of this teaching meth- od, and let all students evaluate it. Result： Students who use PBL mode get higher scores than those who use tradi- tional teaching mode （p 〈 0.01 ）. Questionnaire survey shows PBL mode is better than traditional teaching mode. Conclusion： PBL mode can stimulate students＇ interest, let them explore new theory and put it into real life, im- prove their abilities of analyzing and solving problems, train their clinical thinking method and put their medical knowledge into real lives, and finally achieve their teaching goal.
