研究了高岭土尾矿用量、苯胺初始浓度、溶液pH值、吸附时间、温度等因素对苯胺吸附性能的影响。结果表明:在酸性条件下,高岭土尾矿对苯胺有较好的吸附能力,其吸附率随着尾矿用量的增加而增加,随苯胺初始浓度增加而减小,且随温度的升高吸附平衡时间缩短,其等温吸附过程服从Freund lich方程式。用2.5 g高岭土尾矿吸附20 mg/L苯胺溶液,在35℃、pH=2.3时,苯胺的吸附率可达94.8%。

연구료고령토미광용량、분알초시농도、용액pH치、흡부시간、온도등인소대분알흡부성능적영향。결과표명:재산성조건하,고령토미광대분알유교호적흡부능력,기흡부솔수착미광용량적증가이증가,수분알초시농도증가이감소,차수온도적승고흡부평형시간축단,기등온흡부과정복종Freund lich방정식。용2.5 g고령토미광흡부20 mg/L분알용액,재35℃、pH=2.3시,분알적흡부솔가체94.8%。
The effects of the amount of kaolin tailings,initial aniline concentration,pH value,absorbing time and temperature on the aniline adsorption behavior were investigated.The results showed that the kaolin tailings had strong absorption ability in acidic conditions.The absorption ratio increased with increasing of the amount of kaolin tailings,and reduced with increasing the initial aniline concentration.With the increasing of the temperature,the adsorption equilibrium time shortened.The isothermal absorption behavior accords with the Freundlich equation.The adsorption rate can reach 94.8% under the conditions of kaolin tailings of 2.5 g,aniline of 20 mg/L,temperature at 35 ℃ and pH of 2.3.
