针对电力二次系统安全防护体系缺乏集中管控和统计分析手段的现状,提出了电力二次系统内网安全监视平台设计和实施方案。安全监视平台分为广域网安全监视和局域网安全监视2部分,前者通过对二次系统安全设备日志的集中采集,实现对安全设备运行状况的实时监视以及对安全事件的实时告警和分析;后者通过对调度技术支持系统关键设备和应用日志的集中采集,实现对系统安全运行情况的实时监视。在江西电网的运行实践表明,安全监视平台对于运行人员及时掌握和分析电力二次系统安全设备运行情况、发现和处理安全隐患、保障电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。
針對電力二次繫統安全防護體繫缺乏集中管控和統計分析手段的現狀,提齣瞭電力二次繫統內網安全鑑視平檯設計和實施方案。安全鑑視平檯分為廣域網安全鑑視和跼域網安全鑑視2部分,前者通過對二次繫統安全設備日誌的集中採集,實現對安全設備運行狀況的實時鑑視以及對安全事件的實時告警和分析;後者通過對調度技術支持繫統關鍵設備和應用日誌的集中採集,實現對繫統安全運行情況的實時鑑視。在江西電網的運行實踐錶明,安全鑑視平檯對于運行人員及時掌握和分析電力二次繫統安全設備運行情況、髮現和處理安全隱患、保障電網安全穩定運行具有重要意義。

In view of the status quo of power secondary system security protection lacking in central control and means of statistical analysis,a design and implementation scheme for an inner net security monitoring platform in power secondary systems is proposed.The security monitoring platform consists of two major parts,wide area network(WAN) security monitoring and local area network(LAN) security monitoring.The former carries out real-time monitoring of the operation status of secondary system security devices by log collection of these devices,gives real-time alarm and analysis of security incidents.The latter performs real-time monitoring of the security operation status of important dispatching support system equipments by log collection.Operation practice in Jiangxi power grid shows that the security monitoring platform can help operators learn about the operation conditions of secondary system security devices and remove hidden security hazards in time,which is of great significance to ensuring safe and stable operation of the power grid.
