为在大牛地气田盒1段储层安全、经济和高效地进行水平井施工,开展了小井眼水平井钻井技术的研究和应用。DP25H三开水平段(2 692~3 492m)长达800m,井径Φ152.4mm,钻井液体系为钾铵基聚合醇。水平段平均机械钻速为6.79m/h,高于本地区常规水平井Φ215.9mm水平段的平均水平(2.76 m/h);在水平段中共使用钻头5只,其中锐石M1652C钻头4只,一只钻头钻速为7.96 m/h;整个施工过程未曾发生井眼坍塌和埋钻等复杂情况,摩阻保持在200kN左右,而扭矩始终控制在10kN.m以下。

Slim-hole horizontal drilling technique has been deliberated and implemented in order to drill horizontal well at the He-1 formation in the Daniudi gasfield safely,economically and efficiently.The well DP-25H,of which horizontal interval totaled at 800m and hole at 215.9mm,has been drilled with drilling fluid system of potassium amino polyalcohol.The average penetration rate along the horizontal interval is 6.79m/h,which is greater than the average level of normal horizontal well in this gasfield.There are five bits in total being used,comprising four bits of Ruishi M1652C,and the penetration rate of one such bit is 7.96 m/h.During the whole construction of horizontal interval,there is no wellbore collapse and drillstring buried.And drag has been kept in 200kN approximately,meanwhile torque is below 10kN·m all along.
