采用固体平板和液体摇瓶培养的方法,通过测定细菌数量,发酵液胞外蛋白的含量,及胞外相关酶的活性,研究外源添加AI^3+。‘对来自茶园土壤细菌生长的影响。结果表明:在不同浓度AI^3+作用下,表现为不同程度的刺激或抑制作用。添加AI^3+对细菌的生长及过氧化氢酶的活性有明显抑制作用;〈100mg/L低浓度AI^3+对葡萄糖氧化酶、纤维素酶的合成具有一定的刺激作用,但随浓度的再提高酶活性呈快速下降趋势。胞外蛋白变化与葡萄糖氧化酶、纤维素酶变化呈正相关。
