为提高手机镜头的成像分辨率和视场角,采用二片玻璃非球面透镜与一片塑胶非球面透镜,设计出新型的大视场角、高分辨率的手机照相镜头。镜头的设计总长6 mm,玻璃非球面系数最高阶为10阶。采用的图像传感器为Kodak的KAC-3100,为310万像素的CMOS传感器,像素尺寸为2.7μm,对角线长6.9 mm。镜头设计的极限分辨率为185 lp/mm,镜头设计的视场角为66°,大于一般的手机镜头。像高为3.441 8 mm,F数为2.8,在奈奎斯特频率处所有视场的MTF(调制传递函数)值大于0.15,具有较好的成像质量;在66°时成像的畸变为?0.93%,光斑的RMS(均方根值)直径为9.6μm。新镜头由前端2片非球面玻璃镜片、后端1片塑胶非球面镜片和1片滤光片组成,结构紧凑。玻璃非球面镜片可采用新型热模压成型技术制造,镜头热稳定性强,其成像分辨率达到2 048×1 536像素,有效焦距为5.3 mm,适合用于中高档手机。

A novel high-resolution cellphone camera lens with wide field of view(FOV) was designed in order to improve the imaging quality and view scope.The camera lens consists of two pieces of glass aspheric lenses and one piece of plastic aspheric lens.Its total length was 6 mm and the highest order of aspheric glass lens was 10.The image sensor is Kodak KAC-3100 CMOS with a high resolution of 3.1 megapixels.Its pixel size is 2.7 ?m,the diagonal line is 6.9 mm.The limited resolution of lens is 185 lp/mm.Its FOV is 66?,much larger than the general cellphone camera lens.In lens design,the image height is 3.441 8 mm.The novel lens has an F-number of 2.8 and its MTF(modulation transfer function) is higher than 0.15 for all field angles at Nyquist frequency.It features good imaging quality.The lens distortion is ?0.93% at FOV of 66?.The RMS(root mean square) diameter of the light spot is 9.6 ?m.The whole camera lens is composed of two pieces of glass aspheric lenses,one piece of plastic aspheric lens and one piece of IR-cut.Therefore,the glass lens can be made by glass molding press(GMP).The novel lens enjoys higher thermal/mechanical stability and a longer lifetime.The imaging resolution reaches 2 048×1 536 pixels and the effective focus length 5.3 mm.The camera lens is suitable for the high-level cellphone.
