采用超临界流体间歇熔融发泡技术和Mucell注塑发泡技术,比较了不同分子量的常规聚酯、原位聚合多元醇改性聚酯NPET和多元酸改性聚酯MPET的熔融发泡性能及发泡材料力学性能。超临界流体间歇熔融发泡实验结果发现常规聚酯由于其线性结构,熔体强度小,熔融发泡泡孔容易破裂塌陷;改性聚酯由于是长链支化结构,能得到良好的泡孔结构。确定了不同聚酯超临界N2注塑发泡优化工艺,发现改性聚酯注塑发泡制品可以保持良好泡孔形态,发泡制品减重达10%以上,其比拉伸强度、比弯曲强度和比冲击强度均增加,特别是比冲击强度增加50%以上。

The batch molten-state foaming and Mucell injection molding foaming processes by supercritical fluids of conventional polyethylene terephthalates(PETs) with different molecular weight,NPET modified with alcohol and MPET modified with acid via in-situ polymerization have been studied.In batch molten-state foaming process by supercritical CO2,due to linear structure as well as low melt strength,cells of foamed conventional PETs were easy to rupture and collapse,However modified PETs can keep good cell shape because of long chain branching structure.Parameters in Mucell injection molding foaming process of different PETs by supercritical N2 were optimized.Modified PETs can also maintain good cell morphology,the weight of their foams could reduce 10% or more,the tensile,bending and impact strength normalized by weight were all increased,especially impact strength normalized by weight increased over 50%.
