采用延长油田水处理站水样和土样,血平板分离筛选到5株具有开发价值的生物表面活性剂产生菌。其中1株表面活性剂产生菌株BYS6,摇瓶发酵后发酵液糖脂含量为4.73 g/L。发酵液排油效果显著,排油直径〉6 cm,其产生的表面活性剂可将发酵培养基表面张力从69.9 mN/m降低至32.3 mN/m。对菌株BYS6进行16S rDNA序列分析及系统发育学分析,鉴定为不动杆菌(Acinetobacter sp.),GenBank登录号为HM132103。通过TLC层析初步鉴定菌株BYS6的代谢产物为糖脂类生物表面活性剂。

5 biosurfactant producing-bacteria strains with development value were isolated from water and soil samples of water treatment station in Yanchang oil field by Hemolysis.Among them,BYS6 was the best biosurfactant producer,and the concentration of glycolipid produced by BYS6 reached 4.73 g/L,the diameter of oil displacement activity6 cm using optimized medium,and the surface tension of medium reduced from 69.9 mN/m to 32.3 mN/m.BYS6 was identified as acinetobacter sp.according to the 16S rDNA gene sequence.The GeneBank accession number was HM132103.TLC analysis showed that the biosurfactant of BYS6 was a kind of glycolipid.
