师范生的职业品性教育是最接近“师范”本质的教育,也是师资培养不可或缺的重要内容,虽在我国师范教育中已有较长历史,在实践中的成效却并不令人满意。创建基于主体性发展的师范生职业品性教育,就是要将职业品性的养成视为与个体的主体性发展相统一的伴生过程和有机组成部分,以师范生的自我发展要求为动力,培养其教育自觉和反思习惯;并在此基础上引导师范生通过正确理解教师职业特点以及师生日常生活交往等多种途径将“教育学知识”向“教育知识”转化,以促进其职业品性的内化和个性化。唯有当职业品性养成成为个体的主动发展和自我操守时,才能真正对师范毕业生的职业实践起到长时的指导和监督作用。

Professional character education is the integral part of teachers" training that comes closest to the "normal" nature of normal education. Although character education has been in practice for long years in our education of teachers, the effect is still far from satisfactory. Subjectivity development based professional character education is to see professional character development as an accompanying process and an organic component of subjectivity development. In this education, student's self--improvement desire will provide drive for them to develop educational self--awareness and the habit of self- reflection, upon the basis of which, they will be guided in correct understanding of the occupational characteristics of teaching, in transforming "pedagogical knowledge" into "educational knowledge" so that professional character can be internalized and individualized. Only when character forming becomes an internal need and internal discipline, can it be a long term guide and supervision in the teaching practice of the future teacher.
