通过对江苏省的苏锡常地区第10届运动会承办地的体育场馆的布局和建设的“投入”以及管理使用的“产出”方面的调查研究，发现苏锡常承办区的举办场馆与承办地区域性特征关系以及场馆建设资金投入的合理化，并对场馆的管理和使用提出合理化的对策：体育场馆成为苏锡常地区经济和社会事业的“助推器”，承办高水平的国内外赛事，为全民健身活动提供场所，部分场馆作为旅游项目向社会开放。

Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou in Jiangsu province are the hosting city of the 10th National Games. This paper studies the layout and construction of the ＂input＂ as well as the management and use of the ＂output＂. The result shows that there were complex the relationship between regional characteristics, as well as venues in the rationalization of construction funds, in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou area contractors and the contractors to or- ganize. The facilities management and the rationalization of the use of countermeasures were provided as follow. Sports stadiums are the booster of Suzhou - Wuxi - Changzhou region~ economic and social development. Hosting the high- level international and national sports games can provide the playground for national fitness and some sports venues can be opened for tourism.
