高校建设现代工程训练中心具有重要性和迫切性,根据人才培养目标要求,密切配合各专业课程教学改革与实践,以工程训练为载体,以启迪学生的创新思维、开发创新潜能、培养创新能力、提高学生运用现代科学技术解决工程实际问题的能力并口实践动手能力为目标,进行规模化、系统化和实体化的建设。从教学体系建设、管理运行机制等方面阐述了实现教育创新、人才培养的可行方案。

고교건설현대공정훈련중심구유중요성화박절성,근거인재배양목표요구,밀절배합각전업과정교학개혁여실천,이공정훈련위재체,이계적학생적창신사유、개발창신잠능、배양창신능력、제고학생운용현대과학기술해결공정실제문제적능력병구실천동수능력위목표,진행규모화、계통화화실체화적건설。종교학체계건설、관리운행궤제등방면천술료실현교육창신、인재배양적가행방안。
It is important and urgent for universities to construct modern engineering training centers. Un- der the requirements of training objective, the education bases should be systematically constructed on a large scale, and closely coordinated with the course reform and practice of different majors. By the carrier of engineering training, those bases are constructed not only to improve students' innovative ability and potential, but also to cultivate their ability of applying modern science and technology to solve engineering problems. This paper proposes a feasible program for the educational innovation and talent cultivation in terms of teaching system construction and management operation mechanism.
