通过对摆动从动件凸轮轮廓曲线的几何分析,运用微变算出曲线法线方向的斜率和摆杆运动方向的斜率后建立凸轮压力角的数学模型,用Excel准确计算出凸轮轮廓曲线上各点的压力角后运用图表分析不同运动规律下凸轮轮廓曲线上各点压力角的变化规律。
通過對襬動從動件凸輪輪廓麯線的幾何分析,運用微變算齣麯線法線方嚮的斜率和襬桿運動方嚮的斜率後建立凸輪壓力角的數學模型,用Excel準確計算齣凸輪輪廓麯線上各點的壓力角後運用圖錶分析不同運動規律下凸輪輪廓麯線上各點壓力角的變化規律。

Through the geometric analysis of oscillating follower cam profile curve, and after calculating the slope on the direction of normal to a curve and the slope of oscillating rod motion direction by micro- variation set up the mathematical model of the cam pressure angle, and accurately calculating the pressure angles on cam profile curve in each point by the Excel software, the variation law of the pressure angles on cam profile curve in each point can be analyzed under different motion law by the diagram.
