以红霉素A为起始原料,经红霉素腙法合成红霉素胺,再与制备的侧链溴代乙醛缩二乙醇进行缩合生成地红霉素,同时对产物结构进行了表征.该工艺合成地红零素的总收率为19.2%.

Erythromycylamine is synthesized by erythromycin A by means of erythromycin hydrazone, then being condensed with 2-(2-methoxyethoxy) acetaldehyde to produce dirithromycin. The overall yield is about 20 %. The structure of the product molecular is identified.
