通过对学生分组,采用不同课程模式教学后对形态、机能、素质等各项指标进行测试,使用《中国成年人体质测定标准》进行等级评定,对等级评定结果进行比较,通过统计处理,结论为选项课教学比普修课教学更有利于提高学生呼吸系统的功能、前臂及手部肌肉的力量、灵敏性和弹跳力、机体神经系统动态反应速度等,新课程对大学生体质健康状况有更加积极的影响,对提高大学生体质健康状态优于旧的传统教学模式.

통과대학생분조,채용불동과정모식교학후대형태、궤능、소질등각항지표진행측시,사용《중국성년인체질측정표준》진행등급평정,대등급평정결과진행비교,통과통계처리,결론위선항과교학비보수과교학경유리우제고학생호흡계통적공능、전비급수부기육적역량、령민성화탄도력、궤체신경계통동태반응속도등,신과정대대학생체질건강상황유경가적겁적영향,대제고대학생체질건강상태우우구적전통교학모식.
After dividing students into two groups,we can use different curriculum mode of teaching,and then make the students have tests of standards,such as physique form,enginery and quality.We can get rank evaluation results of students in each group according to Chinese Adult Physique Determination Standards.Comparing the results of rank evaluation,we process the data through the statistical software.As a result,we find out that elective course teaching is more conducive to improve function of the studenyts' respiratory system,forearm and hand muscles power and sensitivity,jumping ability,dynamic response speed of the body nervous system.What's more,elective course teaching has more positive impact on improving the physical health of college students.There is no doubt that elective course teaching can do much better than traditional teaching mode,general teaching,in doing that.
