以废气再循环EGR双闭环控制为研究对象,借助PID和PWM控制理论,结合EGR率的测定方法,提出了一种双闭环控制策略,解决了EGR阀双闭环控制中EGR率测定关键技术,形成了基于氮氧化物测量的EGR率测定装置(EGR率传感器)和实验测定方法。
以廢氣再循環EGR雙閉環控製為研究對象,藉助PID和PWM控製理論,結閤EGR率的測定方法,提齣瞭一種雙閉環控製策略,解決瞭EGR閥雙閉環控製中EGR率測定關鍵技術,形成瞭基于氮氧化物測量的EGR率測定裝置(EGR率傳感器)和實驗測定方法。

This paper is to introduce a double closed -loop control strategy, taking the EGR( exhaust gas recirculation) double closed -loop control as the object of study, with the help of control theories of PID and PWN, and the determination of EGR, hence, the key technology for the determination of EGR is obtained, the EGR rate measuring device (EGR rate sensor) based on nitrogen oxides measurement and the experimental determination method are also taken into their shapes.
