《登楼》诗为杜甫七律之杰作，关于此诗的评注。鉴赏极多，然在对尾联的读解上，历代诗家分歧较大。在切实理解该诗本意基础上，今据多部笺注、鉴赏集之说进行辨思和分析，此二句主要应为诗人表达怀才不遇的情怀。

The employment problem of university graduates is the common concern of countries around the world. In order to solve this problem, Japan has worked out a comprehensive policy for promoting employment and improving employment capacity of the enterprises, implemented a number of positive and effective measures, and achieved very significant results, which is a very good reference for en- trepreneurial activities of university graduates of Hangzhou. The employment and entrepreneurship model of graduates of Japan has a positive meaning to the introduction and construction of Hangzhou＇s universi- ties from government and economic groups＇ policies, the form of vocational education and the advancement of entreareneurshiD education.
