    To promote coordinated development of regional technology innovation is the key to narrow the gap in development of Eastern,Central and Western Region.The technology innovation ability of Central and Western Region is far behind the Eastern region.After the comparison of the ability of technology innovation of these regions is made,several suggestions is put forward.
