传统瓷支柱绝缘子正显现出越来越多的不足,特别是抗震性能不足的问题更为突出。±800 kV平波电抗器本体质量45 t,支撑高度12 m,传统瓷支柱绝缘子已经难以满足抗震要求。复合支柱绝缘子作为一类新型支柱绝缘子,具有很大的发展潜力,其能否用于支撑±800 kV平波电抗器的关键在于其抗震特性能否满足要求。复合支柱绝缘子芯棒各向异性材料特性的处理、电抗器支撑结构的建模方法以及抗震计算的研究方法是整个研究的关键。为此采用复合材料的计算方法求得了复合支柱绝缘子芯棒的各项参数,利用ANSYS软件建立了一个以3D梁单元为主的电抗器支撑结构模型,最后通过反应谱法求得了复合支柱绝缘子的抗震响应。计算结果表明复合支柱绝缘子的安全系数〉20,完全能够满足抗震要求,从而论证了复合支柱绝缘子应用于特高压直流线路的可行性。

The traditional porcelain post insulators have a lot of disadvantages,especially the antiseismic problem.±800 kV smoothing reactor is 12 m high,and weighs 45 t,so the traditional porcelain post insulators can't satisfy the antiseismic need.Composite post insulator,which is a new type of post insulators,has great potential development.Whether composite post insulators can be used for ±800 kV smoothing reactors depends on the antiseismic characteristics.The keys to study the antiseismic characteristics of composite post insulators are as follows: the calculation of the anisotropic materials,which is used for composite post insulators,the way to establish the model of reactors,and the method of the antiseismic characteristics calculation.Consequently,we studied the antiseismic problem of composite post insulators used for ±800 kV oblique dry-type smoothing reactors.With the help of the Ansys software,we established a 3D beam dominated model of reactors,and calculated the maximum stress of the structure by response spectra method.Moreover,the feasibility of composite post insulators was demonstrated.
