出于现代战争的需要,雷达的轻小型化越来越重要。机载雷达对结构强度、刚度,特别是重量提出了更严格的要求,传统的设计方法难以满足越来越严格的设计目标要求。文中针对机载雷达天线座的关键部件——万向支架,利用先进的结构优化方法,以体积最小化为设计目标,单元密度为设计变量,节点位移限制为约束条件,进行结构优化,得到拓扑优化云图,重建模型并对优化分析前后的模型进行刚强度等方面的对比分析,使其结构更趋向合理化、轻量化。

The radar miniaturization is more and more important to meet the requirement of the modern war.The airborne radar has stricter requirement for the structure intensity,stiffness and especially the weight.It is hard for the traditional design method to satisfy the design requirements.In this paper,with the design aim of minimum volume,with the unit density as the design variable and with the node displacement limit as the restriction,the structure of the gimbal,the key part of the airborne radar antenna pedestal,is optimized by the advanced structure optimization method.The topological model is obtained and the model is rebuilt.The model before optimization is compared with that after optimization in intensity,stiffness and weight to achieve radar miniaturization and to make the structure more reasonable.
