虚拟路由器冗余协议(VRRP)提出了一个在配置默认网关环境下消除单点故障的解决方案,但由于自身协议的局限性,不能实现负载分担,无法最大程度提高资源利用率。针对该问题,在标准的VRRP协议基础之上,通过增加报文类型,引入虚拟转发器和转发状态机,实现了1个虚拟IP地址对应多个虚拟MAC的机制,从而无需配置多个备份组就能够实现流量的动态负载均衡的功能。
虛擬路由器冗餘協議(VRRP)提齣瞭一箇在配置默認網關環境下消除單點故障的解決方案,但由于自身協議的跼限性,不能實現負載分擔,無法最大程度提高資源利用率。針對該問題,在標準的VRRP協議基礎之上,通過增加報文類型,引入虛擬轉髮器和轉髮狀態機,實現瞭1箇虛擬IP地阯對應多箇虛擬MAC的機製,從而無需配置多箇備份組就能夠實現流量的動態負載均衡的功能。

There is a method that solved single point of failure for Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP), however, due to its own defects it may not improve resource utilization without dynamic load balancing. This paper specifies an implementation that a virtual IP address associated with multiple virtual MAC based on the standard VRRP, by adding variety of types of packet, virtual forwarder and forwarding state machine, which makes the function of dynamic load balancing come true without configuring multiple backup groups.
