There are many ways to calculate the well spacing of the low permeability reservoir. The calculated results have much significance for the establishment of an effective injection-production system. Based on the features of the flow of the low permeability reservoir, the limit permeability method can be applied to determine the index Csp of the reasonable well spacing. Then the evaluation for the reasonable well spacing in the inverted nine-spot steamflood pattern can be set up. This paper analyzes the effect of reasonable well spacing on the injection-production system under certain condition, which offers scientific base for the development of the low permeability reservoir.
