基于层次需求理论,采用问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对《特奥会参赛者服务需求量表》进行编制,并对全国第五届特奥会参赛者的服务需求进行实证研究.结果表明：参赛者的服务需求主要包括情感、生理、安全、尊重服务需求;不同项群参赛者的服务需求存在显著性差异,且情感服务需求最高;不同赛段参赛者的服务需求存在显著性差异.
기우층차수구이론,채용문권조사법、수리통계법등방법,대《특오회삼새자복무수구량표》진행편제,병대전국제오계특오회삼새자적복무수구진행실증연구.결과표명：삼새자적복무수구주요포괄정감、생리、안전、존중복무수구;불동항군삼새자적복무수구존재현저성차이,차정감복무수구최고;불동새단삼새자적복무수구존재현저성차이.
Based on the level demand theory,uses the questionnaire survey procedure interview law and so on,＂Serves Demand Meter to Special Olympics Participant＂ carries on the establishment,and conducts the empirical study to the national fifth special Olympics participant＇s service demand.The result indicated： Participant＇s service demand mainly includes the emotion physiology safe respect service demand;Different item of group participant＇s service demand existence significance difference,and the emotion service demand is highest;Different leg participant＇s service demand existence significance difference.
