采用两台型号与性能指标相同的汽油机,通过台架试验研究了含有清净助燃剂的汽油对发动机动力性和排放的影响.结果表明,燃用含有该种汽油添加剂的汽油机,其功率增加了16.43%,油耗率(Specificfuelcon.sumption,SFC)降低了5.39%,CO、HC和NOx的排放分别降低了28.61%、54.38%和10.1%.此外,添加剂对发动机缸筒的磨损和燃烧室壁面沉积物也有一定的改善作用,而且对催化净化装置没有负面影响.

A bench experiment was carried out, matching two gasoline engines with the same model number and performance index, respectively fueled with or without clean combustion-improving additive. The effects of the clean combustion-improving additive on power and emission of engines were investigated. The results showed that the power, economy and emission of the engine fueled with the additive all had obvious improvement in comparison with that of the engine without adding the additive: the power increasing 16. 43%, specific fuel consumption (SFC) decreasing 5.39%, and the emission of CO, HC and NOx falling 28.61%, 54. 38% and 10. 1%, respectively. Wear and tear of the engine cylinder was weakened, and sediment of combustion chamber inner side was reduced. In addition, no negative effect on the catalysis device appeared.
