采用定性检测、光谱分析等方法对叶上花总黄酮的种类与提取方法进行了研究。结果显示叶上花所含黄酮种类较多、含量较高;各因素对总黄酮提取率影响程度大小顺序为温度〉乙醇体积分数〉固液比〉时间。最佳提取条件为温度60℃、乙醇体积分数70%、固液比1∶100(g/mL)、提取时间180min,在此提取条件下,总黄酮含量为1.479%。

With the methods of the chemical qualitative detection and the spectral analysis,the categories of the total flavonoids in the whole plant of H.himalaica was researched,and effect of four factors(volume fraction of ethanol,temperature,ratio of solid-liquid,extraction time) on the efficiency of extraction of the total flavonoids was also evaluated by orthogonal design L9(34).The results suggested that the total flavonoids consisted of flavones,flavonols,flavanones,flavanonols.The influencing degree of each factor on the efficiency was as follows: temperaturevolume fraction of ethanolratio of solid-liquidextraction time.The optimum extracting conditions are A1C3B2D3.The highest efficiency of extraction of the total flavonoids reached 1.479% under such optimal conditions.
