运用抽样调查法,从创新思维能力、创造力和工作创意三个方面对某师范学院英语专业本科生进行调查和统计分析,发现英语专业大多数学生的创新思维能力一般,创造力较好,而工作创意能力则较差。目前英语专业教育模式是导致上述现象产生的重要原因。

By way of literature review and sampling,the study aims to find out English majors' innovative thinking capabilities,creative ability and work originality through investigation and statistic analysis.The results show that the innovative thinking capabilities of most English majors are weak,and work originality is also weak,while creative capabilities are good.In addition,the education for English majors has not significantly improved students' innovative capabilities.All these phenomena are due to teaching features of English majors,students' features of English majors and the system of Chinese higher education.
