该文通过协同学的观点审视，指出高校高水平运动队发展的前提条件是系统的开放与营造非平衡态，内在动力是构建非线性的竞争与协同机制，关键是序参量（制度与文化）的形成与支配作用，并得到新时期高校高水平运动队的管理应完善管理架构、建设制度与文化、变革管理模式、营造和谐环境等启示．

This article examines from synergetics theory, points out the prerequisite of the university high level sports team developing is the systematic opening and creating the non - equilibrium state, the intrinsic power is constructing the misalignment competition and the coordination mechanism, the key is the formation of the foreword parameter （ system and culture） and the control function, and the management of university high level sports team should focus on the reform of the athlete selecting, establishing the sports association organization and management structure; reconstructing of system and culture; optimizing management pattern; building the harmonious environment and so on.
