试验采用大掺量矿物掺和料以及聚羧酸高效减水剂,研究了绿色混凝土的早期抗裂性能.结果表明:随着胶凝材料用量的增加,裂缝面积及最大裂缝宽度增大;同胶凝材料用量时,单掺矿粉系列混凝土的开裂面积达到单掺粉煤灰系列的2~4倍,最大裂缝宽度约达到粉煤灰系列的2倍;提高水泥用量或复掺超细矿粉时,混凝土强度提高,但早期抗裂性能降低;复掺抗裂防水剂时,早期养护不充分条件下,混凝土的抗裂性能显著降低;早期养护对绿色混凝土的抗裂性能有较大的影响,实际生产中采用绿色混凝土,将表现出优异的抗裂性能.

시험채용대참량광물참화료이급취최산고효감수제,연구료록색혼응토적조기항렬성능.결과표명:수착효응재료용량적증가,렬봉면적급최대렬봉관도증대;동효응재료용량시,단참광분계렬혼응토적개렬면적체도단참분매회계렬적2~4배,최대렬봉관도약체도분매회계렬적2배;제고수니용량혹복참초세광분시,혼응토강도제고,단조기항렬성능강저;복참항렬방수제시,조기양호불충분조건하,혼응토적항렬성능현저강저;조기양호대록색혼응토적항렬성능유교대적영향,실제생산중채용록색혼응토,장표현출우이적항렬성능.
The early anti-cracking behaviors of the green concrete which is added to large dosage different mineral adixtures and polycarboxylic high-performance water-reducing agent are studied in this paper.The results go as follows: with the increase in the amount of cementitious material,the cracking area and the maxium cracking width of the concrete increase,when general slag is singly added,the crack area is 2~4 times that of singly adding fly ash,while the maxium width is about 2 times;when superfine slag is added,the strength can be improved but the ant-cracking performance is reduced.If adding waterproof admixture under the condition of the maintenance inadequate in early stage,the anti-cracking performance significantly reduces;curing conditions of early stage have a great influence on the anti-cracking performance.If effective conservation is conducted in early stage,the green concrete shows excellent anti-cracking performance.
