针对高职教育校企合作人才培养模式的现状，在分析国家以及江苏省教育改革发展规划和高职教育校企合作核心内容的基础上，结合近几年的摸索与实践，提出了校企合作项目化人才培养模式。在“一校多企”的全方位校企合作过程中，针对不同合作企业性质和特点，重点探讨了建立职业岗位需求库、订单培养人才、专业共建、开发课程、在企业设立“实训室”、在学校建立“车间”、建设产学研一体化基地、打造“校企兼用”教学团队等合作项目的具体实施方案。

According to the current situation of school - enterprise talent training mode in higher vocational education, the paper analyzes the development plan of education reform both in China and in Jiangsu, the core content of school - enterprise cooperation and practice in recent years, offering project- oriented school - enterprise talent training mode. In all - round cooperation between ＂one school and several enterprises ＂, such concrete implementation plans of cooperation programs are discussed according to school - enterprise characters as requirement bank for professional posts, order- training, co - construction of specialty, course development, establishment of training rooms in enterprises, workshops in the school and school - enterprise - research base and the teaching te~ with dual functions in schools and enterprises.
