浙江某废纸造纸企业生产废水经物化生化处理后,COD降至130mg/L,SS降至110mg/L,尚未达到国家新排放标准(GB3544—2008)。采用SPSS统计分析软件,在8种商品絮凝剂、助凝剂中优选出配方:2号聚合氯化铝1000mg/L+3号阴离子聚丙烯酰胺1mg/L。PAC2用量500~1000mg/L,PAM3用量1~2mg/L都可使排放废水从CODl30mg/L进一步降低至COD<80mg/L,达到了国家排放标准,吨水最低混凝药剂费用0.29元。应用SPSS软件优化了混凝剂筛选过程,提高了工作效率。

After biochemical treatment, the wastewater of a recycled paper mill in Zhejiang province could be achieved with COD 130mg/L and SS ll0mg/L. SPSS statistical analysis software was adopted to choose the optimum combination agents from 8 market flocculants. The optimal combination proved to be PAC2(1000mg/L)dnd PAM3 (lmg/L). The coagulation process could reduce the effluent COD from 130mg/L to less than 80mg/L with PAC2 (500mg/L-1000mg/L)and PAM3 (lmg/L- 2mg/L) at the least cost of 0.29 yuan per ton, which not only meet the new discharge standard, but optimize the process of coagulant screening with higher efficiency.
