目的:编制适合考查初中教师具体职业压力情境中的应对方式的测查工具。方法:根据877名被试的调查结果,运用验证性因素分析检验、修正了问卷的理论构想,并检测了问卷的同质信度、构想效度。结果:验证性因素分析表明,问卷的二阶二因子、一阶十一因子结构与实际测评数据的拟合度理想(X^2/df=3.39,TLI=0.969,CFI=0.971,RMSEA=0.049),探索性因素分析表明,问卷的二阶二因子对总变异的解释率达到62.83%;问卷的内部一致性α系数为0.90,各分问卷和各维度的α系数在0.55~0.93。结论:初中教师职业压力应对方式问卷具有良好的信效度。

Objective: To develop an occupational stress coping strategies survey for junior high school teachers. Methods: Based on data from 877 subjects, confirmatory and exploratory factor analyses were used to develop and evaluate the intra-structure of the survey, Cronbach' s α coeffient was used to analyze the internal reliability of the survey. Results: The confirmatory factor analysis showed the fit indexes of the intra-structure of the survey were X^2/df = 3.39, TLI = 0. 969, CFI = 0. 971, RMSEA = 0. 049. The exploratory factor analysis of the items indicated the two factors ( focused-problem coping, PC and focused-emotion coping, EC) of the survey explained 62.83% of the total variance. Internal consistency analysis showed the Cronbach ' s α coeffients of the survey, PC and EC were 0. 90, 0. 90, O. 93 respectively. Conclusion: Psychometric properties analysis showed that the survey has good con- struct validity and internal consistency reliability.
