扩大就业是促进河北省经济健康发展和社会和谐稳定的重要保证。基于1985—2009年河北省三大产业的结构变动，运用SPSS软件验证产业结构和就业人数之间的相关性并运用EVIEW软件对产业结构和就业趋势进行预测。结果显示：河北省投资对就业具有一定的拉动作用，政府应制定相应政策鼓励多渠道投资，以缓解就业压力。

Boosting employment is one of the key measures to ensure the healthy economic development and social harmony. The twelfth five-year plan proposes the strategy of ＂employment first＂, which is the guideline for the economic development. Based on the structural changes of the three major industries in Hebei Province, this article applies SPSS to verify the correlation between industrial structure and employed workers and then uses EVIEW to predict the tendency of industrial structure and employment. Results show that the investment can to some degree spur the employment and therefore the government shall formulate policies to encourage investment of all kinds so as to alleviate the employment pressure.
