This paper researched on the readiness of air fleet through setting up non-linear model of Markov.To the mission capable aircrafts,emphasized on the effect of sortie generation to the readiness rate;as to the not mission capable aircrafts,emphasized on the effect of I-level maintenance and cannibalization to the repair rate.Then calculated out the duration time when the readiness rate met the base line of requirement based on the maintenance ability of O-level maintenance.
