本文以北京地区为气候特征区,对新建钢筋混凝土EPS复合保温墙热湿耦合传递过程进行了数值模拟计算,分析了EPS板间缝隙对墙体热、湿状态的影响,给出了墙体内壁面温度、湿稳定时间、结露时间和凝结水量随缝隙大小变化的规律,以期为建筑施工规范提供参考依据。

In this paper,taking Beijing as the climatic characteristic area,a numerical simulation of coupled heat and moisture transfer of newly-built reinforced concrete-EPS thermal insulation composite wall was conducted.The effects of gaps between EPS boards on heat and moisture status of composite wall were analyzed and the rules of inner surface temperature of the wall,the time required for moisture equilibrium,the total period of dew condensation and the quantity of condensed water change with the variation of gap area were presented.
